PawTeams Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of PawTeams (the “Service”). The Service is operated by Foxagile LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1) Who we are

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live) to use the Service.

3) Accounts and authentication

You may create an account by:

• signing in with Google, or
• signing up with an email address and verifying that email, then setting a password.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.

4) Teams, invitations, and collaboration

• An “owner” (or similar role) may create a team and invite others, subject to plan limits (free/paid tiers).
• By joining a team, you understand that tasks, comments, and task history may be visible to other team members.
• You agree to only invite people you have permission to contact.

5) The Service and acceptable use

PawTeams lets teams create and manage pet-related tasks (including recurring tasks and rotating assignment), mark tasks complete, undo completion, comment, view history and upcoming tasks, and subscribe to notifications.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
• interfere with the Service (e.g., probing, scanning, or load testing without permission);
• upload or post content that infringes intellectual property or violates privacy rights.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

6) User content (tasks, comments, etc.)

You retain ownership of the content you submit (“User Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, store, reproduce, and display User Content only as necessary to operate and provide the Service (including showing it to your team).

You are responsible for your User Content and for ensuring you have the rights to submit it.

7) Notifications

If you opt in, we may send notifications about tasks (upcoming/overdue, assigned-to-you or all-tasks based on your settings). Delivery depends on device/browser/platform capabilities and settings, and is not guaranteed.

8) Paid plans, billing, and cancellations (if applicable)

If you purchase a paid tier:

• Prices, limits, and features are described at the time of purchase.
• Payments may be processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card details.
• Unless otherwise stated, paid plans renew automatically until canceled.
• Taxes may apply depending on your location.

9) Service changes and availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service. We try to keep the Service available, but it may occasionally be interrupted.

10) Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foxagile LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. (Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; your rights may vary.)

12) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Service or other users.

13) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in New York, New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” and may provide additional notice for material changes.
